Dispatch
Every piece leaves our New York atelier hand-checked, sealed, and insured for its full value. Pieces held in stock dispatch within [PLACEHOLDER: 2–3 business days]. Made-to-order and bespoke commissions follow the window quoted on your order — typically [PLACEHOLDER: 2–8 weeks], as the atelier does not rush a setting to meet a date.
Delivery

Returns

Bespoke commissions, engraved pieces, and made-to-measure work — including grillz cast from your own molds — cannot be returned, as they cannot be sold to anyone else. This does not affect your rights where a piece arrives faulty.
Refunds
