The guarantee
Every piece is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for [PLACEHOLDER: duration] from the date of purchase. The same hand that made your piece repairs it.
What is covered
Failed solder joints, clasps that give under normal wear, stones lost from a setting that has not been struck or crushed, and any fault that traces back to the bench rather than to wear. Covered repairs are free, including return carriage.
What is not
Accidental damage, loss, theft, deliberate alteration, work by another jeweller, and the ordinary softening of a polish over years of wear. These we will still put right — quoted before any work begins, never after.
Care
Gold is soft by nature; that is why it takes a finish nothing else takes. Keep your piece away from chlorine, salt water, and perfume. Store it flat and separately — a chain will scar a polished surface given the chance. Clean it with warm water, a drop of unscented soap, and a soft brush; dry it fully before storing.
